• Clients must ensure that all personal, financial, and identification information provided is true, accurate, and complete. Zebus Real Estate shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
• Clients are advised to conduct their own due diligence before making any property investment or payment.

📅 4. Fees and Commission

• All commissions or service fees are clearly communicated prior to any transaction.
• Payments must be made only through official channels and accompanied by a Zebus Real Estates Brokerage L.L.C receipt.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, consultation and booking fees are non-refundable.

• Zebus Real Estate respects your privacy. All client data is handled in compliance with UAE Data Protection Regulations. We do not share client information with any third party except as required by law or for transaction facilitation with authorized developers.

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts or RERA’s Real Estate Dispute Center (RDC).
